Mrs. Temitope Olufunmilayo Adeoti was born to the family of Chief Tekobo and Mrs. Eunice Paul. She attended Anwar-ul Islam girls High School, Lagos and after her secondary school education, she got admission into Lagos State University in 1993 to study philosophy. By 1996/97 session she completed her degree program leading to the award of Bachelor of Arts Degree B.A in Philosophy, Second Class upper division.
